QueueSizeMultiplier - Merge Agent Profile Parameter SQL 2005

I see a parameter in the "high volume server-to-server" merge agent profile
named QueueSizeMultiplier.
Can anyone tell me...
The purpose of this paramter
The possible values and their meaning.
Its seems to be undocumented. Default is null, maximum listed seems to be 5.

Questions to be asked when recruiting replication specialist ??

Hi All:
We have to set up Merge Replication in our center over VPN. The problem is
nobody inhouse knows how to set up replication & resolve conflicts, if any.
We want to recruit someone specialist on replication.
Now I need suggestions for the questions which need to be asked to
candidates. Please provide me with some questions on replication on SQL
Servers which I can ask. Also provide answers to them. Quertions can be
objective & some case scenarios are also welcome.

why don't you get a list of questions posted here, and answers, and then ask
him/her these questions and see how he/she responds.
